He specializes in federal and state civil and federal and state criminal appeals as well as complex trial support. Mr. Morris has briefed and argued hundreds of appeals in state and federal appellate courts including the Supreme Court of the United States, the Supreme Court of Florida, all of the District Courts of Appeal of Florida, other state appellate courts including New York and Illinois, and United States Circuit Courts of Appeal.
